Brian showed up same day, on time and was very professional. He was able to trouble-shoot the issue with my washer within minutes, explained what caused the issue and how to avoid it in the future. He replaced the damaged part and had the washer back up in running in no time. My dryer had dirty filter, which he cleaned and now both of my washer and dryer working perfectly fine. He was on time, the company called me to let me know when he was on his way. He tried to fix the washer without ordering new parts first. We ended up having to order new parts, the price was fair, and the washer was fixed. No drama. Lovely service. I would for sure use them again.
