A Spotlight on Graham Elliot
Graham Elliot is more than a familiar face on television shows such as Masterchef and Masterchef Junior. This award-winning cookbook author, restaurateur and chef, is a cooking inspiration for many home cooks and amateur chefs. At the age of 27, Graham Elliot became the youngest four-star chef named in any major city in the U.S and one of the “Best New Chefs” by Food and Wine Magazine in 2004. When he opened his restaurant in 2008, his eponymous restaurant went on to be awarded two Michelin stars, one of only 15 U.S. restaurants to receive this honor.
Graham Elliot has stated that food is about creativity and expression; a passion that is showcased in the television shows where he has participated as a judge or host.
Meet Graham Elliot in person at the Wine & Food Experience VC STAR in Camarillo this Saturday November 10th, 2018.
Elliot will be available for a special ticket private program at the event with a meet and greet. He will also be leading a demonstration to prepare Cheddar Risotto with Crispy Bacon and Green Apples. This will allow you to see first-hand how a Michelin Star chef prepares a mouthwatering dish.

The Venue
